Items that are illegal to possess or sell in the State of South Carolina are prohibited. Vendors are expected to know and follow all relevant state and local laws regarding what can and cannot be sold.
Please ask Vendor staff before vending hours and during set up for “pre-check” if you believe that any items you have may violate any PAC rules, asking to take items down during a “pre-check” will not count as a warning.
A vendor will get one warning for non-compliant items. If a second warning is needed, the vendor may be asked to tear down and leave with no possibility of a refund.
No AI-generated art, under any circumstance.
If a vendor is selling anything with AI-generated art They will be asked to tear down and leave without possibly of a refund
All items must be SFW and have a max rating of PG-13,
Works of an adult nature, including sexually explicit, erotic imagery, or fetish content are prohibited to be sold within the vendor hall.

Palmetto Anthro Collective events have a "no sticky note" policy. If it must be covered by sticky notes to be viewed by general audiences due to the suggestiveness or language, it is not allowed. PAC events during vendor hours are for general audiences of all ages.
We do not allow for the display of Dakis/Pin-ups in the general den that are not under a blatant comedic SFW nature (i.e. Car Daki or Worm on string Daki). If you are unsure, request a pre-check from staff.
Even if the Vendor checks ID, The Palmetto Anthro Collective prohibits any sort of under the table, behind the table, or any other similar hidden or by-request or “preorder pickup” to see or purchase prohibited items. Use the logic “If it isn’t allowed to be publicly displayed, it is not allowed to be sold”
